Circles Elbow Arm-

1. Begin by bringing your hands together in front of your chest, while keeping your elbows bent. 2. Move your hands in opposite directions, forming a circle with your arms. 3. Keep your elbows bent throughout the motion, and keep your circle as wide as possible. 4. Do 8-10 repetitions of the movement.
1. As you move your hands together, inhale deeply. 2. As you move your hands apart, exhale.
