Rotating Neck Stretch-
1. Avoid forcing your head beyond what is comfortable. 2. Do not hold your breath during the exercise. 3. Do not rotate your head too quickly or jerk it in any direction.
1. Keeping your shoulder down and relaxed, gently rotate your head to the opposite side until you feel a stretch in the side of your neck. 2. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then slowly return your head to the starting position.
1. Take slow, deep breaths throughout the exercise. 2. Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
1. Begin by standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Gently tilt your head to one side, so that your ear approaches your shoulder.
