Side Neck Stretch-
1. Avoid jerky movements or pushing too hard. 2. Do not hold your breath during the stretch. 3. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop immediately.
1. Gently tilt your head to the right, so that your left ear moves closer to your left shoulder. 2. Hold the stretch for 10 to 15 seconds. 3. Slowly return your head to the starting position. 4. Repeat the stretch on the other side.
1. Breathe normally during the stretch. 2. As you hold the stretch, focus on taking deep breaths and relaxing your neck muscles.
