Standing Lumbar Rataion Stretch-
1. Do not rotate your torso too far, as this can cause injury. 2. Make sure your back does not arch excessively as you rotate. 3. Do not hold your breath for too long.
1. Keeping your arms in place, slowly rotate your torso to one side. 2. Hold the position for 10-15 seconds, and then slowly rotate to the other side.
1. Take a deep breath in before you start the movement. 2. As you rotate your torso to one side, exhale slowly. 3. Hold your breath while you are in the position, and then breathe normally as you return to the starting position.
1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. 2. Place your hands on your lower back, with your palms facing outwards.
