Shoulder Inferior Capsule Stretch-
1. Do not push too far into the stretch to avoid discomfort or injury. 2. Move slowly and mindfully to prevent any jerky movements.
1. Gently press your elbow back towards your head. 2. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
1. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, press your elbow back further. 2. Try to relax and sink into the stretch as you breathe.
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Bend your arm at the elbow so that your forearm is pointing up towards the ceiling. 3. Place your hand on the back of your head.
