1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your arms at your sides, and your shoulders relaxed. 2. Make sure your spine is neutral and your core is engaged. 3. Prepare to move your arms in a circular motion.
1. Raise your arms up and out to the sides, as if you were making a circle with your body. 2. Keep your arms straight and rotate your body as you move your arms. 3. Move in a controlled manner and take your time. 4. As you move your arms around your body, keep your feet firmly planted on the ground.
1. As you move your arms, take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. 2. Repeat this breathing pattern throughout the exercise.
