Dumbbell Overhead Press
1. Hold a pair of dumbbells at shoulder level, with your palms facing forward. 2. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. 3. Keep your core tight and your back straight.
1. Exhale as you press the dumbbells overhead, extending your arms and locking your elbows at the top. 2. Inhale as you lower the weights back to the starting position. 3. Repeat the motion.

1. Do not let your lower back arch or round as you press the weights overhead. 2. Do not lock your knees. 3. Keep your core tight throughout the exercise. 4. Do not move the weights too quickly; move them in a controlled manner.
