Barbell Jefferson Squat-
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward. 2. Place a barbell across your upper back, just below your neck. 3. Keep your chest up and your spine neutral. 4. Keep your core tight.
1. Take a deep breath in and push your hips back, bending your knees to lower your body as far as you can. 2. Push through your heels to stand back up, exhaling as you come back up.
1. Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you come back up.
1. Keep your back straight and do not round your shoulders. 2. Keep your core tight and your chest up throughout the exercise. 3. Make sure you lower your body far enough to get a good stretch in your hips and glutes. 4. Do not let your knees move inward or outward during the exercise.
