Cable Side BendToned flank
It's the best workout to create a toned side line. It's important to keep your waist straight so that it doesn't bend!
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. 2. Hold a cable handle in each hand, arms extended to your sides at shoulder level.
1. Keeping your arms straight, slowly pull the handles out to the side as far as you can. 2. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
