Kettlebell Hang Clean-
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the kettlebell in your right hand with an overhand grip. 2. Keep your chest up and your core engaged.
1. Pull the kettlebell up and back, bending your knees and keeping your core engaged. 2. As the kettlebell reaches chest height, punch your arm through and up, driving your elbow as high as possible and keeping your wrist straight. 3. As the kettlebell reaches its highest point, catch it in the _ack position (elbow in and the kettlebell resting on the upper arm and forearm). 4. Reverse the motion and lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
1. Take a deep breath in as you begin the movement. 2. Exhale as you punch your arm through and catch the kettlebell in the _ack position.
1. Make sure to keep your chest up and your core engaged throughout the entire movement. 2. Make sure to keep your wrist straight when catching the kettlebell in the _ack position. 3. Start with a lighter weight until you_e comfortable with the movement.
