1. Exhale and slowly lower your feet towards the floor, as if you are doing a sit-up. 2. Keep your core engaged and your back straight as you lower your feet. 3. When your feet are almost touching the floor, pause for a moment. 4. Inhale and use your core strength to draw your feet back up to the starting position.
1. As you lower your feet, exhale and focus on drawing your navel towards your spine. 2. As you lift your feet back up, inhale and focus on engaging your core.
