Be careful not to move your elbows during workout!

How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your shoulder stationary and your elbow close to your side. 2. Avoid using momentum to complete the exercise. 3. Don_ lock out your elbow at the top of the movement. 4. Don_ swing the weight or use your body to complete the exercise.


1. Keeping your elbow close to your side, slowly bend your arm and pull the handle towards your shoulder. 2. Make sure your elbow stays in the same position and your shoulder doesn_ move. 3. Once you reach the top of the movement, pause for a second, and then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you lower the handle and exhale as you pull the handle towards your shoulder. 2. Make sure to keep your breathing steady throughout the exercise.


1. Stand facing away from the cable machine, and select the desired weight. 2. Reach out with your right arm and grab the handle. 3. Take a few steps forward so that the cable is taut and your arm is extended towards the machine. 4. Make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart and your core is engaged.
