Triceps Extension MachineToned arms
Since you use a machine, I recommend that you slowly come up with resistance with workout that can safely build your triceps!
1. Make sure your elbows are tucked in and not flaring out. 2. Keep your torso still throughout the movement. 3. Do not lock your elbows at the end of the movement.
1. Extend your arms straight out in front of you, while keeping your elbows tucked in. 2. Keep your torso still and pause for a moment when your arms are outstretched. 3. Return your arms back to the starting position.
1. Exhale when you are extending your arms. 2. Inhale when you are returning your arms to the starting position.
1. Sit on the machine and adjust the seat so that your elbows are in line with the axis of the machine. 2. Grasp the handles and press them against your chest with your elbows tucked in. 3. Keep your feet firmly planted on the floor.
