How to
Starting Position
1. Make sure to keep your back straight and your elbows close to your body. 2. Choose a chair that is stable and won't slide out from underneath you. 3. If you feel any pain, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Form
1. Lower your body down until your arms are bent at a 90 degree angle. 2. Keep your back straight and your elbows close to your body. 3. Push back up to the starting position.
Breathing Technique
1. Inhale as you lower your body down. 2. Exhale as you push back up.
Precautions
1. Sit at the edge of a chair or bench with your feet flat on the floor, your arms behind you, and your palms facing the chair. 2. Lift your hips off the chair by straightening your arms. 3. Keep your feet, back, and head in a straight line with your hips.
