How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your elbows tucked in close to your body throughout the entire movement. 2. Avoid locking out your elbows at the top of the movement. 3. Make sure to keep your back flat against the bench throughout the entire movement.

Form

1. With your elbows tucked in close to your body, press the EZ-bar up towards the ceiling. 2. Once you reach the top of the movement, slowly lower the bar back down to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you lower the EZ-bar. 2. Exhale as you press the EZ-bar up towards the ceiling.

Precautions

1. Begin by adjusting the seat of the bench to the correct height. 2. Secure the EZ-bar with the desired weight to the bench. 3. Place the EZ-bar on your upper chest, keeping your elbows tucked in close to your body.
