Cable Bicep CurlToned arms
Be careful not to shake your upper body and workout while feeling continuous resistance!
1. Make sure to keep your upper arms stationary throughout the exercise. 2. Avoid swinging the cable attachment as you curl it. 3. Do not arch your back as you curl the cable attachment.
1. Keeping your upper arms stationary, exhale and curl the cable attachment towards your chest. 2. Pause for a moment before inhaling and slowly lower the cable attachment back to the starting position. 3. Repeat for desired reps.
1. Exhale as you curl the cable attachment towards your chest. 2. Inhale as you lower the cable attachment back to the starting position.
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a cable attachment with a supinated grip (palms facing up). 2. Position the cable attachment at shoulder height and keep your arms extended. 3. Brace your core and keep your spine neutral throughout the exercise.
