How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your elbows bent throughout the movement. 2. Do not overextend your arms. 3. Keep your lower back in a neutral position and do not arch it. 4. Move slowly and with control.


1. Lift your arms up and out to the sides while keeping your elbows bent. 2. Move your arms in a circle so that your hands come together in front of your chest. 3. Return your arms to the starting position. 4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale as you lift your arms up and out to the sides. 2. Exhale as you move your arms in a circle. 3. Inhale as you return your arms to the starting position.


1. Sit on the floor with your legs crossed. 2. Place your hands on the floor behind you with your fingers pointing away from your body. 3. Lift your chest up and look forward.
