How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure to keep your elbows stationary and your back flat against the backrest. 2. Do not swing your arms or jerk the weight. 3. Make sure to use a weight that you can comfortably handle.

Form

1. Exhale and curl your arms up, bringing the handles of the machine towards your shoulders. 2. Make sure to keep your elbows stationary and your back flat against the backrest. 3. Inhale and slowly return the handles to the starting position. 4. Repeat for desired number of repetitions.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale as you curl your arms up and inhale as you return the handles to the starting position. 2. Make sure to breathe steadily throughout the movement.

Precautions

1. Position your body so that your back is against the backrest, your feet are flat on the floor and your arms are extended and grasping the handles of the Arm Curl Machine. 2. Adjust the seat so that the arm pad is centered over your biceps and your elbows are just behind your body. 3. Make sure your back is flat against the backrest and your core is engaged.
