It's a general cardio. Workout to keep you out of breath!
1. Be sure to keep your back straight while pedaling. 2. Always listen to your body and adjust the intensity of your workout accordingly. 3. Be aware of the bike_ resistance and adjust it as needed. 4. Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive shoes.
1. Begin your workout with a warm up of at least 5 minutes. 2. Place your feet on the pedals and begin pedaling. 3. Increase the resistance as you feel comfortable. 4. Pedal at a steady pace for the desired amount of time.
1. Inhale deeply and slowly as you pedal. 2. Exhale deeply and slowly as you pedal.
1. Adjust the seat height so that when you are seated on the bike, your feet can reach the pedals comfortably. 2. Adjust the handlebars so that your elbows are slightly bent when your hands are on the handlebars.
