It's a good workout to burn calories by jumping with both arms high!
1. Make sure to keep your back straight throughout the exercise. 2. Avoid arching your back as you jump your feet out and raise your arms. 3. Avoid locking your knees or jumping too high.
1. Jump your feet out to a wide stance while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and above your head. 2. Jump your feet back together while bringing your arms back to the starting position.
1. Exhale as you jump your feet out and raise your arms. 2. Inhale as you jump your feet back together and lower your arms.
1. Stand with your feet together and your arms by your sides. 2. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
