1. Push off the ground with your foot on the step bench and step up onto the step bench. 2. Straighten your leg as you step up, keeping your back straight. 3. Step back down with the same foot and repeat the step up for desired repetitions. 4. Switch feet and repeat.
1. Inhale as you step up and exhale as you step down. 2. Try to keep your breathing steady and slow.
