How to

Starting Position

1. Make sure you are using the correct form throughout the exercise. 2. Avoid locking your knees at any point during the exercise. 3. Keep your core engaged and your chest lifted throughout the movement.


1. Push through the heel of the foot that is on the Stepbox and drive your opposite knee up towards your chest. 2. Step up onto the Stepbox, and bring your other foot up to the same level. 3. Step back down to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. As you step up, inhale deeply. 2. As you step back down, exhale.


1. Begin by positioning yourself facing the Stepbox. Place one foot firmly on the Stepbox, and the other foot on the floor. 2. Make sure your back is straight, your chest is lifted, and your core is engaged.
