1. Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise. 2. Do not over-arch your back or lift your hips too high. 3. Avoid locking your knees when standing. 4. Keep your feet together throughout the exercise.
1. Lift your right foot off the ground and touch it to your left ankle. 2. Return your right foot back to the starting position. 3. Lift your left foot off the ground and touch it to your right ankle. 4. Return your left foot back to the starting position. 5. Repeat the alternating movements continuously.
1. Breathe in as you lift your foot off the ground. 2. Breathe out as you touch your ankle with your foot.
1. Begin in a standing position with your feet together. 2. Keep your core engaged and your back straight.
